PETS.The following policies pertain only to pets, not to assistance animals which are not considered or referred to as pets.
PET POLICY:
Two (2) qualified pets are permitted per apartment. Prior to bringing a pet or pets into an apartment, all prospective and current residents are required to complete and pass any associated screening, submit/maintain required veterinary records, sign an animal lease addendum, and pay the associated fees according to the lease agreement.
BREED RESTRICTIONS:
Please contact the leasing office for a list of restricted breeds prior to bringing a pet or pets into an apartment.
